Heidi Drinnin - Registered Nurse

Heidi Drinnin, originally from Lake Elsinore, is a dedicated wife and mother of three. Her family relocated to Helena, Montana, in late 2019, embracing the natural beauty and close-knit community of the area.

After many years as a stay-at-home mom, Heidi decided to pursue a career in nursing, earning her RN license in 2018. Over her six years in the field, she gained a wealth of experience, working as a critical care nurse, a pediatric clinic nurse, and a long-term care floor nurse before transitioning into her current role as a hospice nurse. This diverse background has given her a deep appreciation for compassionate, patient-centered care.

She chose to join Headwaters Hospice and Palliative Care because of the organization’s strong emphasis on dignity, empathy, and providing personalized support to patients and their families at a pivotal moment. Heidi has found that hospice work allows her to combine her professional skills with her passion for creating meaningful connections with others during life’s most tender moments.

In her free time, Heidi enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children, whether watching movies, playing games, or solving jigsaw puzzles together. She also finds joy in gardening, listening to audiobooks, and hiking on sunny days, making the most of Montana’s natural beauty.
