Jasmine is the Director of Clinical Services in Butte. She was born in Havre and grew up outside of Missoula, giving her a deep appreciation for Montana’s diverse landscapes—from the wide-open Hi-Line to the forested mountains and rivers of the west. She is a proud Montana native who is thrilled to have the opportunity to serve and support families right here in her home state.

She earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from Baylor University (Sic ‘em Bears!), where she honed her skills in advanced patient care and compassionate leadership. Jasmine has been a dedicated nurse practitioner since July 2024, bringing fresh expertise and enthusiasm to her role.

She was drawn to hospice and palliative care after personally witnessing the profound difference it makes for patients and families at the end of life—providing comfort, dignity, and meaningful support during life’s most tender moments. At Headwaters Hospice and Palliative Care, she not only delivers hands-on care to patients and their loved ones but also plays a key role in expanding the company’s compassionate services into the Butte community, helping grow access to high-quality end-of-life care in southwest Montana.

When she’s not caring for patients, contributing to the growth of Headwaters, or recharging, you can find Jasmine outdoors with her family—hiking scenic trails, snowboarding fresh powder, fishing serene rivers, paddleboarding on mountain lakes, or simply exploring new corners of this beautiful state she loves so much.
