Jamie LeProwse – Executive Director

Jamie LeProwse serves as Headwaters Hospice and Palliative Care’s Executive Director, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to improving the lives of others. Jamie is a team-oriented leader who values adaptability, honesty, respect, and consistency. These qualities have shaped her career and are the foundation of her approach to supporting both patients and colleagues.

Before joining Headwaters, Jamie worked extensively with residents in assisted living facilities, long-term care facilities, and critical access hospitals. In these roles, she advocated for residents’ rights and focused on enhancing their quality of life. This experience reinforced her belief in the power of compassionate care and strengthened her resolve to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those she serves.

Jamie is excited to be part of Headwaters Hospice and Palliative Care because of its alignment with her values and its mission to serve the community with compassion and excellence. She is inspired by the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of patients and their families, knowing that her work contributes to a dignified and empathetic environment for those in need.

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys spending time outdoors, whether mountain biking with her family or relaxing at the lake. These moments of connection and adventure fuel her dedication to creating lasting and meaningful change in her professional life.
