Heather Bassett – Chief Compliance and Quality Officer
Heather Bassett brings over 13 years of nursing expertise, caring for patients from newborns to seniors, and has found her true calling in end-of-life care. A proud Helena native, she is deeply honored to bring the transformative gift of Hospice and Palliative Care to the Helena and Butte communities.
James Bisom – Chief Executive Officer
Outside of work, James enjoys the outdoor opportunities Montana offers, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and two dogs. James is also an entrepreneur himself and continues to build his business in his spare time.
Melinda Herron – Director of Clinical Services
B.A, Nursing License
Melinda is a licensed nurse and enjoys painting and drawing in her free time. She is dedicated to providing personalized nursing care as needed for hospice and palliative care clients.
Helena
Kerry Baroni – Palliative Care RN
Outside of work, she finds joy and renewal in spending time with her family, including her husband, children, and grandchildren. She enjoys hiking, relaxing at the lake, and being immersed in nature — all of which help her maintain balance, nurture her own well-being, and refuel her capacity to serve others with empathy and strength.
Jordan Swick – Certified Medical Assistant
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys watching movies, relaxing, hiking, and spending quality time with family and friends. Whether catching a favorite film or exploring Helena’s scenic trails, she finds balance in her professional and personal life.
Heidi Drinnin – Registered Nurse (RN)
Heidi enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children, whether watching movies, playing games, or solving jigsaw puzzles together. She also finds joy in gardening, listening to audiobooks, and hiking on sunny days, making the most of Montana’s natural beauty.
Christina Lightner – Registered Nurse (RN)
Beyond her clinical expertise, Chris is an adventurer at heart with a deep appreciation for nature. She finds joy in exploring the great outdoors, embracing the beauty and serenity it offers. Her love for animals further reflects her nurturing spirit, as she has always been drawn to caring for creatures both big and small.
Karry Clos – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
A.S., Nursing License
Karry is an animal lover, especially dogs. She enjoys shopping in her free time and spending time with her furry friends. She is a Licensed Practical Nurse and provides light skilled nursing care in-home or wherever your loved one receives hospice or palliative care services.
Carissa Taylor, FNP – Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse Practitioner
Outside of her professional mission, she cherishes spending time with her husband and two children, whether riding bikes, hiking, or enjoying family game nights. To rejuvenate her spirit, she also engages in outdoor activities, meditation, writing, and reading.
George Jackson – Chaplain
Faith has been his guiding light through the ups, downs, twists, and turns of life. With more than 40 years of pastoral care experience, he often reflects on how life’s lessons can surpass formal education. He has been privileged to come alongside individuals in their times of need and offer comfort and support.
